Trip to Transilvania

Day 1: Bucharest – Curtea de Arges Monastery See More – Poienari Fortress See More – Vidraru Dam See More – Transfagarasan See More – Cozia Monastery See More – Sibiu See More (overnight)

During the morning we head for three dream days to the heart of Transylvania. We will start the first day searching faith and myth by visiting Curtea de Argeș monastery, and then we start climbing towards Vidraru dam See More that, in 1965 when it was completed, it was on the 8th place in Europe. We continue climbing and arrive to Poienari Fortress See More , where we can admire a beautiful and wild landscape. We recharge our batteries with a traditional lunch and, on our way to Sibiu See More where we stop for the night, we won’t forget to pay a visit to Cozia Monastery See More .

Day 2: Sibiu See More Old Town – Biertan See More Fortified Church – Sighisoara See More (overnight)

We will dedicate the next morning entirely to visiting the medieval city of Sibiu See More . After a traditional lunch, we leave towards the Fortified Church from Biertan See More , which is part of UNESCO heritage. During the evening, we arrive in Sighișoara where we have dinner and then, while having a glass of wine or brandy, we can talk about everything

Day 3: Sighisoara See More Old Town – Viscri See More Village – Peles Castle See More – Bucharest

Last day starts with a tour of the old city of Sighișoara, after which we head for Viscri See More and then for the Peleș Castle. Feeling sorry that this story lasted only three days, we say goodbye in Bucharest.
